I was concerned as to whether the Court appearance resulted in a conviction or not (6 months good behaviour type...

I have no intention to lie to immigration, but I need to know if I can apply for an eVisa with my current history?

Thanks for your reply, so I should apply for the eVisa you suggest? I noticed it says you cannot apply if you have more than a 12 month sentence, which I 100% do not have.

Really stressing out...
