Another benefit of linking your application to myCIC, is that when something changes in your application they automatically email you.

I would inform CIC that your medical is expiring and ask for their advice rather than for an extension.

Nothing has happened to our applications yet. The ECAS system has just been updated to show those with sponsor approval already the 'in process' has been changed to...

I would recommend to use 2 family members every time if it is just for you and your sponsor, good luck with your permutations.

You're right about them removing everything and the date stamping, which were subsequently crossed out on the bottom of our returned forms.

The retabbing and indexing was done more for an exercise...

Uhoh! I also sent my spousal application in, received on Feb 1st, filling it in the exact same way, using a canadian mailing address where I am living (with visitor status) and my residential address...
