I had a bit of a battle to save my lawn which has St Augustine grass and needs regular watering. Letting it grow really high and a bit of clandestine watering in dead of night did it.

Well the gaskets are in dispensers so are about as hygienic as anything can be in a toilet. Don't take the gasket nearest the dispenser slot, pull out one further in. I never take the sheet of face...

You're not freakish. it's common sense not to touch the handle of a public restroom. I've seen people pass right by the washbowls after using the facility and grab the door handle to exit the place.
