Time for my next weigh in, I havent; done it for 3 weeks.

LAst one was 8th Aug and my weight was 13 stone 4
today I am 12 stone 9
so a 9lb loss.

last week 13 stone 7 lbs
this week 13 stone 3lbs
4 lb loss

went to the gym twice last week (1.5 hrs each),

usual food has been
