I have tried to help people less fortunate than myself. I have put a Cambodian and Indian through school and college and now help my local village but mainly through practical means rather than cash...

I use PNB (Philippines National Bank) they have 2 branches in London. Money can be paid into the London branch via cash/cheque/direct bank transfer etc, and it is converted to PHP and transferred...
