Pulaski, thank you that is very interesting I never knew any of that. Here in France we only buy from the supermarkets, there are very few small stations around but they are much more expensive.

That is odd not sure I understand, I thought the higher octane the better. Here 97 is more expensive than 95, I do occasionally use the 97 for that reason. But not sure why a higher octane would...

I know this is off subject but out of interest in Europe you can't get below 95 octane unleaded as far as I know but it appears that perhaps 93 is quite common there. Is this what is being quoted and...
