Update for spreadsheet: Phone call from the High Commission in London on Sept 4, 2015 advising the COPR was being issued, and it arrived in the mail the next morning! :D

Our meds were done Sept 2014; application (including medical) was sent in Oct 20 214, and sponsorship approved Jan 8 2015.
Our ECAS currently says, "application received...

Our application for Stage 1 sponsorship was approved on January-08-2015, and sent to the visa office in London for Stage 2.
Should we expect another AOR when our application is received at the LVO...
