Thanks all, I'll put down my A number and the i94 and see what it comes back with.

Being lazy and not googling, I'm assuming INS is the USCIS's former-self?

I'm filling out a form for one of the local government departments here in CO.

On the form, it asks for my "INS Resident Alien Number" which I assume is my USCIS/A number.
