1. If you have a CSQ for Quebec and you "land" in another province, with no Quebec connection nor Quebec address for the PR card, you might run into problems.

1. Well if they are following the Privacy Act, the information on the sponsorship decision is your sponsors. So they shouldn't be releasing it to you.

The present processing time for "out of Canada" sponsorships at Mississauga is 44 days, then you will receive an approval/refusal of the sponsorship portion. CIC doesn't acknowledge...

By carrying on you maintain appeal rights. Although it depends on the reason the sponsor was ineligible. i.e. if s/he was a sponsored previously as a spouse, and 5 years haven't passed...

No, if you are submitting an out of Canada spousal application, the sponsorship and the application go to Mississauga.
