Thanks for the info, i will try a general post and see what comes up. I do have a list of local builders supplied by the mayors office and will get quotes from them.

It needs a lot of work, really just the 4 walls are intact and everything else needs doing. I think the roof is the first big think then the rest I can do when we get time and funds. Good roofer...
