Just returned from g'daay Assstraaaliaaa - they say it looong to make sure you get it Oz is big ;)

Had two fantastic months of fun and friends....

Have you considered taking a secured loan based on the security of the house, getting to Oz and then repay the loan once in Oz - in the meantime rent out the house to keep the payments on the debt...

Perth has always been the ideal place to buy more house than money, added bonus of quality of life, great beaches, good schools, good healthcare and cheaper flights to Europe / pacific rim....

Perhaps I can help one or two -

Sold up properties in Perth, Oz last year.

Money transferred back to purchase uk investment property in years 2007/8.

I reckon Interest rates over 7% by...
