I'm really pleased to say that I've received my COPR in the post :D
As I'm in Vancouver I called the call centre to arrange a time to visit the CIC office and was told I'd hear from them...

Hey all,
Today I received an email from the CIC titled 'Ready for COPR' and requesting a photos and a copy of my passport. I'm trying to not get over excited but I'm assuming this means the process...
