She can get Kosovon Passport but she will need visa to enter UK, when i ask the Embassy they told me we can not issue visa to British Citizens. So she is classified as BC and in other hand...

this is complete joke after nearly 5 months wait, to receive such mail. Im hopeless, helpless do not know what to do more/next!!!!!!
