If they don't use the donated money to rebuild the uninsured, what would the money go on? There is a fair whack in the kitty already and growing bigger all the time, it's got to be spent on...

I wish you'd put a 'don't know' box :D If the people uninsured were so strapped for cash that they couldn't afford insurance then yes. If they could afford it be chose to spend that money on pokies...
