Not over yet, got visa troubles here now apparently but I can't lay that at the door of the UK Passport Office!

One thing I will say is that if you have a genuine grievance over the delay or the process than a copy and paste of the official complaint submitted to the passport office to be submitted to your MP...

We did that about two months ago - our MP and his office have been extremely symapthetic and have apparently applied pressure but we still get nothing, apparently still undergoing security checks in...

We are both British Passport holders -and proving a point about flexibility made earlier in the thread, our child was issued with an ETD (against common practice) to allow travel...

They will have a lot to sort out and organise if ETDs are required or if they are required to provide consular assistance to...

New to the forum and this has made for interesting reading. We sent our newborns passport off for renewal from SE Asia in Mid January and despite jumping through all of the hoops...
