You are right there Bristol, evidence doesn't confirm that meeting targets improves clinical outcomes. A much more significant barrier that we encounter here is that a lot of people cannot afford...

Wanderingdoc, occasionally cattle come lumbering into this thread, it is never clear why... they are harmless but do emit a fair bit of methane so stand well back and avoid naked flames ;)
