Accepted an offer this morning from a buyer in rented accomodation so the list now has one less for sale and one more under offer :D .

The house has been on the market since September last year...

We've been on the market for about the last 6 months but viewings have improved over the last couple of weeks with numbers increasing & viewers being in a position to move as they've sold theirs. ...
