They can probably see it, but we couldn't see his spousal application on the same system that we saw his IEC and visitor visas

His UCI number won't change even with a spousal application. When we applied for his second IEC and both visitor visas we were able to see the old applications through his account

Both of my updates -- "In Process" and "Decision Made" happened on a Sunday. I am not sure if that is a coincidence or not?

There has been a definite slow down. Fingers crossed it picks up again...

I am so happy for you. Without you, I would have definitely found the IEC and spousal visa process a lot more difficult. Can't wait for you to land :D
