Thanks Siouxie, yes its extremely frustrating. Although its certainly not as bad as what you went through by the sounds of it! It baffles me how they can just lose applications like that.

Burks - yes I had put London down as the office I wanted. Its as if they think im applying inland which im not and the frustrating thing is, as far as I an see, everything was complete and correct...

I called again to see if giving them my postal tracking number would help anything along and got through to another agent who told me that even though on their site it states they are processing...
