I got the LCA last monday and found out it is for "new employer" basis. I think the HR person don't realize what they're talking about.

Now, I've submit my DS-160 form and pay MRV...

Anyone schedule interview in Canada recently ? I've tried to look next available interview time in Toronto and Ottawa. They are both have 7th Oct 2014 and 1st Oct 2014.

Follow up from my previous post, I finally get some news from my new employer on last Friday, LCA approved. But what surprise me is I think they choose "change of employer" when they fill in Form...

I'm currently in US working using E3 visa and I got new job early April 2014. Last Friday, my new employer mentioned that they applied for LCA (Form 9035).
