The proof of funds section there though doesn't answer the specifics of my question.

At each point it says show $2500.

It does not say if that has to be shown in Canadian or if a £'s figure can...

Thanks but I can't go to immigration control with my letter on an "I think" basis.

What do other people's validity dates say?

Is this ACTUALLY weird? It seems weird, the wording of the letter...
