No problem here in Consolacion. Just fired up Hoxx for UK with no problem.
If you check IP of this post you should see it says UK.

My Bad!!! go into firefox extensions in settings and DISABLE WEB RTC , not enable - it enables by default.

Watched "Inside the Factory at Christmas" so that's just over an hour, no hiccups, no buffering. Fingers crossed it continues!

Raffin, just downloaded the add on. Closed firefox , restarted firefox, set Hoxx to UK and am watching "Handmade in Mexico" on iplayer as I write this.
Suggest you go into "extension" in firefox...

I don't think the major problem is accessing UK TV but the ability to download a programme to watch at your convenience. Live streaming is easily available vis tvcatchup.com and Filmon.com and if you...

It's a little slower than normal websites but I think that is because they restrict the download speeds a bit to allow for more folks to use it at once. You can't download from tvcatchup but it does...

Or the Hoxx addon for Chrome/firefox - Free! Certainly works well here for me. Very little buffering. I watch programmes such as Andrew Marr and BBC breakfast quite happily using it.

I agree with what you say, but like most expats here I watch relatively little UK TV and as I am not sports minded have no interest in footy, Cricket, Golf or Tennis. I don't use kodi on my android...
