I got my passport back when he gave me the 221g letter. There is no cancellation stamp on it. Can it still be cancelled?

I have got an LCA approved which mentions salary in hourly rate. Is that an issue for E3? If yes, what can I do to make sure a smooth process.

What is the definition of employee in IRS terms? Is the employee definition of IRS and USCIS the same i.e. W2?

If you get a W2 at the end of tax year you are an employee... right?

You wife was sent back from the SSN office because she didn't have an EAD. That is what happened to me as well.

I found this on the SS website

It specifically says work authorization is required for SSN. Guess we need to wait for the EAD card and then...
