Thanks Ian, Now I got it.

Do you know how long it takes to get new EAD ?

She is working full time and as you said, her EAD become invalid as soon as her E-3D became invalid. it will affect her...

I found the company in USA who want to hire me as full time employee.

So, my best possible choice is to apply E3 visa on-line once I get the LCA approved and make a...
