Only a little bit elevated - our deck is only approx 90m above sea level, just above the valley bottom and most of Maple Ridge, which is about 20-30m above sea level.

A few from our back deck at sunset on New Years Day in Maple Ridge....

The 'mountains' in the distance (due west) are on Vancouver Island - approximately 80 miles away!

Spend most of my time in Kelowna, as that is where work is!

Moving to Langley-ish are towards the end of March though.

That's over the other side in Kelowna - I reckon that's Manhattan Point judging by the view of the bridge...

It is a nice quiet street. Vineyards (four wineries within about half a mile), private gated beach and boat launch for the street's residents, wooded park at the end of the street etc...

Three views from the front of the house...

Two this weekend and one over Christmas when the lake got stolen...

Sadly it is only a winter rental. House is about $700k and the ones on the lake...
