Question is do I just pack up and go on a holiday visa then try for work and when I'm accepted fly the wife and kids over or do we all go over

Hi guys I'm also in the process of looking to immigrate and again I'm torn between nz aus or Canada we are leaning towards Canada as my brother lives in New York and means we could see more of them...
