Our buyers sent their surveyor round yesterday for their mortgage offer.
He said he found no problems.
Can someone tell me if this is the only survey required because he was here less than 20 mins.

Three houses sold in my street this week!!
They must have heard we were moving :)

Although just because the SOLD boards have gone up it means nothing until exchange (as we all well know)...

We had an offer today, £5000 below the asking price. We are considering it over night, but I think we will accept.

House has been on the market for 2 months and we've...

Read in the paper today that house prices have increased for the 3rd month running????

Seems that most of us are dropping our asking prices though dose'nt it?
Interest rates are stable so...

House been on almost 3 weeks and we've had 10 viewings so far, so I'm pretty pleased with the agent.

No offers as yet, but seems a lot of interest so I wont be dropping the...
