What I mean is, in the US, you can't go looking for a gun fight, and taking a gun to an area with a riot going...

I thought you actually mentioned banning handguns, which most Americans don't favour.

I just don't want to see draconian laws or stupid ones like the NY concealed carry laws.

I don't think corrupt policing has much to do with the constitution, except that the corrupt police are breaking the laws in it.

You can disagree - but you should know the majority of Americans want to keep the 2nd Amendment, even the Democrats.

I have no idea what you're talking about now with regards to police and the 2nd...

The entire Bill Of Rights dates back that far, are all the 10 Amendments out of date or only the ones you don't agree with?

Plenty of cops are pro-2nd Amendment.
