They have changed the status to 'dispatched' on 11/04/15. 5 days have passed already and nothing yet ...

Strangely enough, I am hopeful that the Saudi embassy in London would give him a 3-month residence visa, and upon arrival I can apply for his Residence Permit. I don't see a reason why they would...
