I don't see any cushion in case .........

any of the properties need minor repairs or major renovation before being suitable for letting out

you don't get a job immediately and have money...

It was due to the huge increase in value of the house, which was on 1 acre of land although within city limits. She had also made a large profit when selling her main residence a few months before....
