Close to 20% of the population of Vancouver is currently Chinese, there are areas within the city where the percentage of Chinese is close to 60%, including the one...

If you live in western Canada, especially BC, the ability to speak Chinese is very important ............. lots and lots of trade with China, a large proportion of the population is Chinese,...

I know, but a lot depends on the individual parent and/or the realtor's perception.

I understand that in Vancouver the schools are much more equal than parents believe .......... and it is not...

Remember Canada is NOT like the UK.

It really means diddly having to get into the right neighbourhood for a good school ............... all schools are more or less equal.
