Have you not received sponsor approval already? I PM'd you asking if you'd received it and didn't respond, hence you got moved. I can move you back up, but presumably you have your sponsor approval...

so sent application off in october, it was sent back after 3 weeks after i had stupidly forgot to sign a form, we had to change a minor detail and printed it off and forgot to sign, kicking ourselves...

yes i sent a front and back copy of his residency card, i never actually saw that his passport was needed until i read the checklist for western europe, hopefully not including my IEC visa copy thing...

i did something similar, and when i showed my lawyer he told me as there hasn't been a break in the cohabitation then have it as one continuous date, :)

my sponsers dads letter is notarised, its the only one that is, i could get my mum and friend to possibly scan their passport
