Curly cheese sandwich ? Cheese and other dairy products are not allowed on the "Renal Diet". I ignore the dietician and her theories. I eat what i feel is the best.

I am doing a bit of forward planning in this. "One Day At A Time" is a good philosophy but we also need a wee bittie of forward planning - even if "We are all doomed".

Glasgow is within commuting distance. Paisley too. Lots of universities close by but watch out for those hefty fees for foreign students. Those resident in SCO for three years are exempt.

Still here - now going for Kidney Dialysis three times a week. This makes travel difficult but I still enjoy the island and what it offers.

Main cause of the decline has been deindustrialisation and depopulation of the region.
Greenock, Paisley and Glasgow used to be thriving. Now they are in decay.

Waiting for Spring to arrive when I will make a trip to Glenfinnan to pay my respects to those who fought in the Forty-Five. Choochoo from Glasgow to Mallaig. Glenfinnan is a stop on that line.

You are premature. It is tomorrow. Today I am exercising special care at zebra crossings and at other hazardous spots. I would not wish to snuff it one day short of Three Score and Ten !
