Yes you need to ask your husband to divorce you. You are currently committing adultery in the Philippines which could have severe consequences should someone take an interest.

If you are married a DNA test shouldn't be necessary.....unless by looks the baby is obviously not the fathers. Getting a UK passport should not be a problem once you have a British born abroad birth...
