Visit visa for Canada or Barbados depends upon passport/nationality she is currently holding.Its very hard to get appointment in Canada I mean you have to constantly monitor website at 4AM and book...

They always give passport back and ask for passport when AP is completed.Will you be traveling back to Australia to provide your passport as AP is completed. It might be cancelled in their system...

Normally they cancel the old E3 or H1B visa inside passport, when you apply for new visa.Lot of people process employer change through USCIS considering such AP processing.

One of my friend specially went to Perth for H1B visa stamping as his employer (a fortune 500 company) was not prepared to process his green card on E-3 visa.Unfortunately employer never paid for...

I dont think that airline will allow you to board plane with an expired E-3 visa. They will need to see either approved ESTA or valid visa.

If you loose your job then its better to apply for...

For him the immigration lawyers of his big company/employer doesn't start green card process unless he is on H1B. They have given him no other option take it or loose it.

One of my friend went to Perth for his H1B visa.They processed his H1B visa on Australian Passport in one day.Due to green card matters (dual intent), he changed from E-3 to H1B visa.
