No one does fish,n,chips better than a genuine British restaurant, take away that uses fresh wet fish and dripping to cook in.
We have one such place here in the UK among who knows how many that...

However when it comes to quality I avoid so called British fare when out of the UK.
Everything from the freezer, via the deep fryer, probably the cheapest that the restaurant can find.

In almost every other country I know of learning another language is part of their education systems.
It is compulsory.
But not in the UK where the numbers taking even the basic secondary exams...
