The california supreme court refused the appeal against a 2017 judgement relating to a change in state regulations , not the recent damages...

A tiny drop in a very large ocean ,one of our local councils in Somerset is stopping then use of chemical herbicides reverting to high pressure hot water to clear weeds at the roadside..

Will not happen, Monsanto and it's new owners will appeal and the case drag on for years..
The EU and the UK have continued to approve its use and will not change .
All we can do is to boycott...

Not sterile but they have a built in termination gene , that limits the time farmers can keep them in store for use at a later date.
