Surely if you wantvto Selll the house you have to have a certificate that it meets all legal and safety standards.
Otherwise its a cowboys charter..

We are starting to see solar farms.
We have one a few 100mtrs from us.
There are plans to build mega ones.
What ever else you may think of Portugal it is one of the leaders in the % of energy not...

From experience, panel seals blowing we now cover from May onwards when not there.
I am able to alter the angle a few degrees which I do summer,winter.

We have not seen any new villas or aprtment complexes in the Algarve that do not have solar water heating systems installed.

EDP has been pushing its pv solar schemes for some time.
The fit schemes are nothing like the old UK schemes.
The UK government slashed them for new installations in January.

We are able to change the angle of the panel on our solar water system.
Not by a huge amount but enough to make a difference in winter.
