Hey, the day we got a decision and the COPR in the mail the address changed to Vancouver. So yes, hopefully it will be the COPR!

You might need to give it a day or two before you are able to log on, I see your sponsor notification was just today? ECAS can be a bit of out synch.

It makes sense that the letter is a COPR because it states he had his medicals in February 2012.
