Just wanted to thank you all for the support and info you've given, after a long wait I'm now back from Florida and me and my family had an amazing time, it was def worth it.

I've got my fingers crossed as well sue :)

It is very stressful indeed and you just don't get told much at all, like I thought once you had the visa that was it, wasn't told by the embassy about...

I'm sure it will, mine was 26 weeks and then about 10 days after I sent passport back, so you will be ok I recon :)

I am finding it quite hard, but because I had all the worry of the visa, I didn't want to tell her in case we ended up not being able to go, so I've made it this far, not too much longer to keep it...

Thank you for the info, it's so scary not knowing what will happen, so it's refreshing to hear other people experiences.

Just a quick update to let you know visa received today, it's valid for 1 year with multiple entries.

I'm going to book holiday on Monday :)
