The Golden Visa for third country nationals has been in place for some years and is allowed. Cyprus and I think Malta has a similar system.

EMR has obviously never been to Africa. I had to send my kids to the UK as Africa is not meant for white people to live in. Me and wife had to flee to PT.

I think it is only me and mfesharne that come from Africa and I for one, am not happy with this news.
