And for the GC Trafico to do roadside checks on foreign drivers. Same as the UK Police can check their foreign drivers!

Not that I am aware of. BUT there is a line of communication between Spain and the DVLA to cover disqualified drivers etc. and this is used if a driving licence is not produced or theres any other...

NO. The 50 euro fine reflects a lower threshold speeding offence. Not even a resident with a Spanish licence would get points deducted for that. If its an offence that necessitates Court because of...
