Hmm, I suppose you could make a volcano shape with the mash and put the egg in the crater. Then with some careful mixing of mash and egg you could avoid an egg/tomato collision.

I'd heard that it wasa mishearing of Napoleon saying that thr bread was ok for his horse to eat. "bon pour Nichole" or somesuch. Nichole was the hirse's name you see.

I've never eaten in a Nando's. There was one in Milton Keynes near where we used to live but it always looked rather naff and full of oiks.
