110 volts 60Hz; although most houses have 220V, it's only in the kitchen behind the stove and in the laundry room for the dryer.
Many electronic devices today come with a multi-voltage power supply....

If it's your personal property [and therefore used, even if you haven't switched it on yet], you can send it anywhere you want.
If you bought it new you should be able to get the IVA back; but then...
