I did my full, adult, medical at Spire, Manchester on 2 June, and was definitely charged £260. As they did for my husband (booked seperately). Maybe Manchester is just different, or a bit kinder.

North England:

Medmigration Clinic, Bridgewater Hospital, 120 Princess Road, Manchester.

£260 for the full medical examination for an adult

Spire Manchester Hospital, Russell Road, Whalley...
