I just looked at my CoPR and noticed the martial status says Single when I applied via the common law route.

Can anyone confirm if it should say common law or is...

Looks like I'm the last of the November bunch that went to Ottawa! Had a request to send completed common law declaration and pay RPRF Fees on 17th. Paid fees same day and sent declaration on 23rd.

This may be a daft question but Ottawa have requested we send them a completed common law declaration. There is one question on the declaration I'm not sure about.

Just got SA letter in mail. Letter was dated 28th Jan. We have been approved and it has been sent to Ottawa. Such a relief, now the long wait begins!

Called CIC today as app is now over the processing times for SA. They stated the letter was sent out today, when asked why it wasn't sent by email apparently they don't have my fiancés email on file...

its now changed back to 62 days for SA. I called the CIC Call Centre and they advised it was a glitch with the new website recently published.

I don't know either. Maybe they are changing the way they do things and you'll get your SA in 10 days? You're 2 weeks ahead of me on the spreadsheet.

It'll be interesting to see if anyone else...

Thanks SchnookoLoly, yes I can see it on the checklist it just doesn't mention anything about them having to be notarised. Also I've had friends from the UK sign a declaration and scan and email back...
