google NZQA and download the form and the fee info is on the same form, I believe 3 years ago I paid $495 but I cannot remember precisely, so could be about 550$ now, but check on their website.

My advice is to get a NZQA assessment done before spending any money on immigration fees get the NZQA done so you know where you stand in relation to the job field on the basis of which you are...

My guess is you will get Level 6 in PAR but why not apply for NZQA assessment as you will need to submit that to NZIS and then you will know where you stand?
