BTW I am all in favor of a 40 cent tax per gallon in the US if truly devoted to highway/bridge etc maintenance.

Yes I did, imposing taxes instead of market forces. Yes only an 11 cent per liter or 40 cent per gallon tax...not market but somewhat price fixing. Written by a confirmed person who believes that...

Go for it Canada. put it into government control and remove the market which is more or less what was voted in. I am a sceptic not a denier:nod:

How do carbon taxes benefit YOU? Especially if your much larger neighbors see it differently. Canada shooting itself in the foot.:nod:
