Are you applying common-law? If this is the case, it seems you will be unable to prove you have been living in a marriage type relationship for at least 12 months? You don't have any joint purchases...

Even if you are living with your spouse/partner in Canada, you can still apply outland.

There are two different application packages, as detailed in a previous post. One for applying inland and...

Yes. Keep any joint bills, joint bank account statements and leases for properties for the year. Also, any holidays taken together and any flights taken to visit each other

You can apply outland regardless. I am assuming you are a British citizen?

I think the interviews are rare, unless they have a reason to believe the relationship isn't genuine, I guess. Not seen...

I have a quick query.

I am awaiting a letter from CIC and unsure if this will make a difference.

Basically we live in a block of flats and our address is listed wrong (I guess) on ecas.

Get the medical done and send it with your application. They will give you confirmation of the medical to send.

Otherwise it slows down the process because they have to contact you to request...
