But she got citizenship from the new adopted father. The child's CPR status is now history.

Different starting point, but same end point - citizenship by action of law? Which means that there is no direct evidence that citizenship has been conferred. One would have to know the law to know...

Are you recommending that a child who becomes a US citizen by action of law when their parent acquires citizenship should not obtain their own certificate of citizenship? This situation...
